The fcnhedu.com website is built on the WordPress platform and uses a Learning Management System, which provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our courses and teaching services to you. Your data may be stored through data storage, databases and third party applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
4. Payments
When you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
The direct payment gateway used by FCNH adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When you click on our 3rd party link on our course site, you will be directed away from our site but only to our partnered site which is our Learning Management System (LMS). Our LMS is a software that we use which is designed specifically to create, distribute, and manage the delivery of our educational content.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
