What’s a college degree worth in 2025?

We are living in interesting times, to say the least. Technology is changing our lives in ways we couldn’t have imagined just a couple of years ago. AI is rewriting how entire industries work, from writing and design, to coding, communications, business strategy, and logistics. Fasten your seat belts and hang on because the wild ride we’re on is not slowing down.

With too much change happening way faster than we can process it, one thing is clear. We need to retool for this brave new world. And by retooling, I mean, educating ourselves, and investing in our futures.

At the same time, the value of a traditional college education is no longer a given. What’s the point of burying yourself in 40k-80k and even more debt, knowing that a professional career that used to come along with that sheet of paper is anything but a sure bet.

As I started writing this, I looked up the cost of a university education, and the prices are astronomical.

Fees per credit hour, at University of Central Florida, my alma mater, is $218.28. If you’re an out of state resident, that can hit $748.89. Most classes are three credit hours. And if we add up all the other costs, UCF comes up to just under $25,000 for one year, undergrad.

And UCF states, “We believe a college education should provide lifelong benefits — not lifelong debt. From scholarships and grants to student loans, there are many ways to pay for college. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.”

Hillsdale College, an excellent conservative institution, reports that tuition for one year is $31,780 and when we add room, board and general fees, you’re looking at $36,789. Multiply that times 4 years and is it any wonder that students are begging the Fed to forgive their student loan debt?

Locally, I turned to Space Coast Education Center, a school that provides a spa and space for massage therapists and a chiropractor in West Melbourne. They report that tuition for a 6 month term is $5,499, not counting books or a $85 registration fee. And at least this program certifies you as a licensed Massage and Hydrotherapy practitioner, or Facial and Makeup Specialist.

I share all this to show you why we do what we do.

We see the current state we’re in and have made it our mission to offer certifications and degrees that will help you live a better life. And we offer courses at prices that will not sink you deeper into debt.

Our pricing is a membership model. You can take all the courses you can manage, at your pace, online, for a yearly subscription paid monthly. You become a member of Faith College of Natural Health, and can access all the programs and courses we have. And our plans are to grow our library of courses.

Natural Health and Wellness isn’t a fad. It’s a booming industry that returns to common sense, to tried and true practices that our modern society has forgotten. Modern “health care” is focused on pharma, surgery, and the insurance industry.

The more you can learn about how our bodies, minds, and souls work, the better you can take care of your health, and the health of all the people you care about, whether the knowledge you gain is for your family and friends, or for the people you help and serve as a practitioner.

To this end, we make it our mission to help you earn a certificate and degrees to better yourself, your life, and the lives of all you come into contact with.

What’s amazing is that every program we offer stacks into the requirements of the next. If you’re starting from zero, a Level 1 Certificate lets you test the waters and earns 15 credit hours. That’s 5 classes with books that average $25 each. The Level 2 Certificate adds more studies and earns another 15 credit hours. Taking both of these gets you halfway to your Associate Degree. Ten more classes and you’ve earned an accredited AA degree in Natural Health.

Working towards your degree goals is an excellent pursuit, but at the same time, you are learning about better, natural ways, to stay healthy.

With your AA, you’re then ready to earn a Bachelor’s degree, and we’re working create more programs.

At the same time, we accept transfer credits, giving you credit for any degrees or classes you might already have under your belt. We find people take classes just for the knowledge. And as a member, you can take any and all classes that appeal to you.

And we offer a Master’s degree and are working on a Doctorate.

When the Ivy League and NCAA is busy churning out degrees of questionable worth, we’re doubling down on teaching real world wisdom that shines alight on alternatives to drugs, chemo, and going under the knife.

As we take on the challenge of providing education that will help improve your life at a price you can afford, we welcome and appreciate you and hope you’ll take advantage of our courses to better yourselves.
